Cancellation Conditions

General Notice on Zirkon Travel Cancellation Policies

Zirkon Travel offers four cancellation policy options—Flexible, Semi‑Flexible, Strict, and Super Strict—to fairly protect both boat owners and renters. Owners can choose the policy that suits them best.

A partial prepayment is taken at the time of booking. Once the reservation is confirmed, renters have 3 days to cancel without any penalties.

Each policy has a specified Deadline Date. After the free cancellation period ends, the reservation can be canceled up to the Deadline Date; however, the prepayment will not be refunded. Unless otherwise stated, the remaining payment is due by the Deadline Date. As of the Deadline Date, the reservation is final and no refunds are available for cancellations made afterward.

On the Deadline Date, even if the 3‑day free cancellation window hasn’t closed, the reservation becomes final and cancellation rights expire. Also, bookings confirmed after the Deadline Date are not eligible for the 3‑day free cancellation. After this date, any card authorizations are released and the total reservation amount is charged.

All records and reservations on the platform clearly state the applicable cancellation policy.

All booking, cancellation, and modification dates and times are based on the time zone where the boat is located.

Important Dates & Processes:

• Booking Date (Free Cancellation Period): Covers the first 3 days after reservation confirmation. However, if the Deadline Date arrives before those 3 days expire, the free cancellation period ends immediately.

• End of Free Cancellation (Refund Window): Applies after the free cancellation window closes but before the Deadline Date.

• Deadline Date (No‑Refund Period): The date on which the reservation becomes final and cancellations no longer qualify for refund.

• Check‑in and Final Payment: All remaining payment obligations must be completed by the Deadline Date.

Careful attention to these terms and selecting the appropriate policy are essential.

Zirkon Travel Flexible Booking Rules

• Deadline Date & Confirmation: Set at 7 days before check‑in. A prepayment is taken at booking, and the reservation becomes valid once the owner confirms.

• Free Cancellation: Renters have 3 days after confirmation to cancel for a full refund. If the Deadline Date arrives before those 3 days are up, the free cancellation ends.

• Cancellations up to Deadline Date: After the free period but before the Deadline Date, you may cancel — prepayment is non‑refundable. Remaining payment is due by the Deadline Date unless stated otherwise.

• Post‑Deadline: Reservation finalizes and no refunds are issued. Bookings made after the Deadline Date do not include a 3‑day free cancellation.

• Payment & Finalization: Full payment must be made by check‑in. On the Deadline Date, card authorizations are removed and the total is charged.

• Deadline Date: 14 days before check‑in. Prepayment secures the booking upon owner confirmation.

• Free Cancellation: 3 days full refund after confirmation; ends early if Deadline Date arrives first.

• Cancellations up to Deadline Date: Prepayment becomes non‑refundable; full payment due by Deadline Date.

• Post‑Deadline: No refunds issued. 3‑day free cancellation no longer applies to new bookings.

• Payment & Finalization: Balance must be paid by check‑in and authorization held until Deadline Date.

• Payment & Finalization: Must be fully paid by Deadline Date; authorization released and full charge applied then.

• Payment & Finalization: Payment completed by Deadline Date; authorization removed and total charged then.
